Повернуло ручку на балконной двери, на улице ветрище, за окном вечер, встал вопрос о срочном ремонте, дабы не замёрзнуть, позвонил в эту компанию, ответил девушка оператор, попросила скинуть пару фоток, что не составило труда, в течении часа подъехали два парня, судя по разговору профессионалы своего дела. Прибыли со всеми необходимыми инструментами и фурнитурой. На все про все ушло около получаса. Доволен как слон, проделанной работой, спасибо вам.

1. Оставил заявку на вызов мастера 2. Про заявку забыли 3. Напомнил о себе через неделю 4. Мастер приехал, замерил, взял оплату дал срок 3-5 рабочих дня 5. Про заказ забыли 6. Напомнил о себе через 10 дней Итог: или компания не справляется с потоком заказов или отдаёт приоритет новым заказам, забивая на уже оплаченные
