Не могли заселить через букинг около часа сидел и ждал уставший. В номере 211 холодно. Нет полки для мыла и аксессуаров в душе, нет зубной щетки и пасты, нет питьевой воды. Завтрак для галочки. Переночевать 1 день пойдёт не дольше. Не советую.

В номере холодно, персонал не знает свою работу, не умеет общаться с людьми, вместо горячей воды ржавая вода, ждал пол часа пока не пойдет нормальная вода, и так всегда. Завтраки ужасные, они кормят гостей тем, что было приготовлено несколько дней назад, пока старое не закончится они не приготовят новое. Ужасно всё в этом отеле, за 2900р должно быть в разы лучше

Полностью согласен. Администратор(если не ошибаюсь Галина) жуткая хамка. На любой вопрос отвечала очень грубым и надменным тоном. Так ко всему прочему не дала чек. Видимо нужно писать в налоговую инспекцию. Несоветую никому. Номера ужасные!!!!

Отличный отель не далеко от метро, комнаты чистые, мне очень понравилось расположение удобно доехать до центра. Снимала номер класса комфорт. В следующий раз обязательно приеду именно в этот отель цена и качество на уровне.
