Купил смартфон к сожалению тот оказался не качественным, принёс сдавать, в пункте приёме работает совершенно адекватный мужчина, объяснил рассказал что как сделать помог со всеми вопросами. Осталось верить что вернут деньги в кратчайшие сроки

Все радостные, довольные...ну-ну....покупал тут 6 телефонов, все было хорошо. Купил 7, оказался с недостатком- вот и слетела маска хорошего магазина. При любой проблеме с товаром, вас отфутболят как последнего.....

Заказала доставку телефона в пункт самовывоза, в назначенное время пришёл телефон с поцарапанным корпусом и переклеенной плёнкой на экране. Мы попросили поменять телефон и нам сказали приезжать на следующий день в районе 12 часов. В 13.00 я позвонила и оператор мне сказал, что телефон доставлен, можно забирать, когда я уже была в пути, мне пришла смс о том, что товар длставлен. В 14.00 я была на пункте выдачи , где мне сообщили, что телефона ещё нет он будет примерно через 40 минут.​ Это крайнее неуважение к клиентам, вместо того, чтобы поздравлять маму с днём рождения, мы сидим и ждём​ доставку на платной парковке. Молодцы. Так держать Весь интернет уже завален негативными отзывами, но думали, вдруг пронесёт)) --

Не советую покупать товары в Quke.ru, тк привозят бракованные и потом невозможно заменить или сделать возврат денег. Не ориентированы на клиентов.

доставка никакая. заказывал в магазине неоднократно все было в порядке. в этот раз договорился на 6 вечера, курьер забыл про меня, набрал ему в 7, он долго извинялся и сказал что доставит в это же время на следующий день. по итогу звоню ему в 5 он говорит аппарат не у него а в магазине, звоню туда, там снова завтраками кормят. на вопрос почему так ответа адекватного не услышал. раньше было много лучше. не рекомендую магазин
