Мы купили в интернет-магазине qRobot робот-пылесос iClebo O5.Изначально привлекла услуга тест-драйва. Пылесос не самый дешевый, хотелось убедиться, что это действительно то, что нам нужно. Приехали в офис, внесли залог, подписали договор, домой пришли с роботом-пылесосом. Дали робота на неделю, через неделю я уже не могла и не хотела с ним расставаться. Тестовый образец вернули, купили новый. Тест-драйв обошелся бесплатно. Запускали за это время почти каждый день. Понравилось качество уборки. Пылесос убирается тщательно, сила всасывания у него хорошая, если проехал по пыльному полу, сразу видно, что стало чисто. Но главное, что ковер он пылесосил не хуже нашего старого пылесоса. В основном это и хотели проверить. Потому что старому пылесосу нужна была замена. В приложении на смартфоне разобрались без проблем. Забавно было смотреть, как робот в телефоне строит карту квартиры и катается по ней. Порадовало, что он нормально сориентировался в квартире. Заехал во все комнаты по очереди и потом вернулся на базу заряжаться. Пыль из пылесборника вытряхивается элементарно просто. Так что испытания робот прошел успешно. Здорово, что получилось его вначале попробовать, покупали уже без колебаний, пользуюсь с удовольствием, спасибо за это магазину qRobot.

Не мешало бы операторам быстрее реагировать на заказ и перезванивать, а так все нравится у них. Отмечу что часто делают скидки на роботы пылесосы, дают гарантию от 1 года, заказ шлют курьером и не только по Москве.

Ремонтируют пылесосы, есть где припарковаться, если не хотите ехать, то можно вызвать курьера

На удивление, отлично могут проконсультировать, да и выбор нормальный - робота мойщика окон помогли подобрать сразу.
