Вообще за виды и чистоту воздуха поставила бы 5 звёзд. Шашлыки можно делать прям у дома. Можно ходить за родниковой водой. В общем, все что связано с отдыхом на природе 5+. Напрягает непонятная ситуация между управляющими компаниями. Кому жильцам платить квартплату - непонятно. Приходит по несколько платежек и все от разных управляющих компаний. Переодически приходят люди с лозунгами «выбирайте нас, голосуйте за нас». Горячую воду очень любят отключать на месяц-два. В последнее время, правда, все нормально с водой. Было бы замечательно, если бы вопрос с УК решился и не было этой каши малаши.

Городская квартира в деревне. Свежий воздух и тишина. От Москвы недалеко. Только жаль что от станции до Пятиречья только рейсовый автобус ходит-если погода плохая неудобно. А так от станции 10мин пешком
