Плохой магазин, грязно, бардак, пахнет плохо, товар долго лежит без холодильника пока разложат. Овощи гнилые. Один раз купили фарш прокрученный с целофаном, деньги не вернули, на письменную жалобу не ответили

Зашел на днях в универсам Копейка. Выбор товара не богатый, из 6 касс работали только 2, и то, с одной кассы кассирша убежала курить. Я подошел к администратору и попросил, чтобы еще кассы открыли и не создавали очередь, на что получил ответ, что у них не хватает народу. Кассирши тоже вежливостью не блистали. Так что я в этот магазин больше ни ногой.

Добрый день, РУКОВОДИТЕЛЯМ этого магазина НОВОКОСИНСКАЯ,48! Что за безобразия творятся здесь. Ценников на весь товар нет, проверить сколько стоит можно на кассе, но кассиров на такие мелочи отвлекать нельзя. Сегодня в 15—40 подходя к кассе услышали, что всех покупателей с покупками направляют в одну кассу, а другой кассир очень занята сигаретами. После крика и скандала я услышала фразу- «Ну выкладывайте!» Кому можно позвонить с вопросом об обслуживании в магазине, вывески с номером телефона р уководителя на кассе нет, наверное руководитель невидимка. Я живу через дорогу и хожу часто в этот магазин, но обслуживание здесь отвратительное не впервые, и я решила бороться с этим через интернет. Просьба к вышестоящему руководству-ПОМОГИТЕ навести порядок здесь! Не я одна буду вам благодарна!!!! Спасибо – показать
