Здравствуйте! Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями о компании Копейка. Недавно мужу нужно было найти помещение, мы обратились в это агентство-недвижимости. Работа персонала очень понравилась, внимательные, понимающие и не навязчивые консультанты. Совсем быстро предложили нам несколько помещений, и мы сразу выбрали наиболее подходящее нам по расположению и цене местечко. Думаю теперь все вопросы с недвижимостью будем решать здесь.

У нас рядом с домом , правда не по этому адресу , в г. Железнодорожном открыли магазин Копейка. Единственное что регулярно там покупаем - это семечки. Остальные товары там какие- то невзрачные на вид , упаковки часто помятые , грязные. Один раз купили там просроченные на 1 месяц пончики. Мороженное в морозилке растаявшее. И цены на кассе не соответствуют ценникам. Кассиры грубые(не все конечно) и работают из 5 касс, как правило, одна или две.

28.04.17г.работник «Пятёрочки» заставил меня освободить МОЮ СУМКУ!!! Досмотр моей сумки никак не обосновал, за спиной стояла зав.секцией, которая неудовлетворенно вздыхала «В сумке у неё нечего нет». Я не поняла, что они у меня хотели найти. Но ощущение морального изнасилования осталось. Меня так ещё никто не унижал!

Гадюшник, персонал позволяет себе использовать нецензурную лексику по отношению к клиентам, не знаком с собственными функциональными обязанностями. О профессионализме и стандартах обслуживания здесь не слышали.
