В связи с сегодняшним событием. Прошу ознакомиться сотрудников (и не говорить, что я сочиняю законы) хотя бы с этими пунктами. Пункт 1 статьи 10 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей»: «изготовитель (исполнитель, продавец) обязан своевременно предоставить потребителю необходимую информацию о товарах (работах, услугах), обеспечивающую возможность правильного выбора». Пункт 2 той же статьи дополняет, что цена товара в рублях является неотъемлемой частью этой информации. в Гражданском Кодексе Российской Федерации есть понятие как оферта, т.е. задокументированное предложение. В магазинах ценник является именно публичной офертой, и продавец обязан продать Вам товар именно по цене, которая в этой оферте указана. Если у вас неправильная раскладка товаров, которая не совпадает с ценами (умышленная или нет), то меня это не должно касаться. Если вы ставите товар не по акции под ценник с акцией, у которого такое же наименование, а рядом больше нет такой продукции с такой же маркой и других цен на данную марку, то это ваша ошибка, за которую мне можно получить извинения, а не оскорбления в виде "придумываете закон". Предоставление недостоверной информации о цене товара — прямой обман потребителей, что влечет наложение административного штрафа.
