07.12.2019 г.зашла в магазин пятёрочка г.Москва ул.Мурановская д.12,с целью купить конфет к чаю.На кассе продавец-кассир Паладян Нина Анатольевна обсчитала (на 100 руб)в свою пользу,недодала сдачу.Когда я спросила,сколько стоит пачка сигарет,т.к.в прайсе цены не соответствуют реальным,в ответ обхамила.Дескать,(ЭТА) т.е. я.создаёт проблемы. Такое отношение меня возмутило((Разговор с заведующей не удовлетворил.Придя домой позвонила на горячую линию пятёрочки по этике.№ обращения 32570023 Шла домой, думала:За что мне это? Я никого не обидела,не оскорбила,оч.расстроилась.Больше никогда не пойду в этот магазин,неприятный осадок останется(( – показать
