Это самая отвратительная пятерочка, которую я встречала. Пробили вместо апельсинов по акции лимоны, которые в 2 раза дороже, и яблоки другого сорта, естественно, более дорогого. Кассирша долго бегала по торговому залу и делала вид, что таких яблок, как мы говорим, не существует, пока ее не ткнули носом в ценник. Так как мы оплачивали безналом, возвращать деньги наличкой не стали, попросили приложить карту и деньги якобы вернуться на карту в течение трёх дней. Разницу в цене считать не стали и попросили оплатить заново апельсины и яблоко, уже пересчитанные. Прошло 4 дня, деньги на карту не вернулись. 238 рублей - маленькая сумма, но дарить ее пятерочке я не намерена. Если на горячей линии не вынесут утвердительного решения в мой адрес, буду обращаться в РОСПОТРЕБНАДЗОР.

Сотрудники хамят на кассе и в зале. Если о чём-то спрашиваешь, то отвечают презрительным тоном. Если споришь, то повышают голос. На кассе никогда никого нет, приходят только тогда, когда случайно увидят из зала. Касса всегда работает одна. В совсем крайнем случае две, но только когда с ними кто-то начнёт ругаться из очереди.
