До этого пару раз заказывалаВ конце октября первый звоночек — заказала негазированную воду, привезли газированную. Посмотрела — картинка разичается с подписью, у газированного святого источника другая этикетка и другого цвета крышки. Качество заполнения каталога зацените на фото.Написала тогда в слубу поддержки. Ответ - да. да.да, мы все исправим.Наивная, я поверила.Сегодня вообще ужас, тк курьер опаздывал больше чем на час!!!! принимала продукты не я. Прихожу — здравствуй, газированная в ода. Что мне предлагают? Ничего промокод на бесплатную доставку. А 18 1,5 литровых бутылок газированной воды, которую никто не пьет оставить себе.Да, еще чат у них стал совсем плохой. Просто не отвечают. Связь односторонняя. – показать

Да, связывались. Ещё раз — ваш курьер опаздал больше, чем на 1.15 (час пятнадцать), поэтому сама не смогла принять продукты. Вы все ещё не исправили эту проблему в каталоге.

Сделала заказ на 2768 а привезли на 2257, разницу не вернули якобы в течении месяца,прошло пока половина месяца.Была замена чая, привезли не тот.И вообще я поняла что продукты заказываются в магазине «Лента» по полной стоимости, а если идешь туда с картой, то они дешевле.Так что получается дорогой сервис.Мне не понравилось!Единственный плюс вовремя привезли.

Писала этот отзыв раньше заявленного месяца на возврат денег, в ожидании возврата денег, но их так я и не увидела, ДЕНЬГИ НЕ ВЕРНУЛИ, ПОХОЖЕ МОШЕННИКИ НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ!!
