Отвратительный сервис! Больше никогда не приду. На месте владельца я бы уволила администратора. Мадам не компетентна. Или студия делается не для продаж, не для развития танцевальной культуры в районе, не для расширения клиентской базы... а это просто клоповник для знакомых кого-то из тц Москва или управы. Пришла на занятие с опазданием. (Тут важно отметить, что я занимаюсь танцами в Москве уже 17 лет). Пришла вечером, в холодный темный день. Думаю, дам шанс районной инициативе с допотопным сайтом. Поверю, что родной район движется вперед. Прохожу по длинным, гулким коридорам ТЦ "Москва". Нахожу закуток в углу. Вижу узкий коридор и полную, неопрятную ж... Буквально. Ж.... принадлежит мадам, которая с шваброй и совком убирает узкий коридор закутка. В конце коридора звучит музыка из танцкласса. Я начинаю доброжелательно. В полной уверенности, что могу зайти на занятие в удобный мне момент. ТАК ПОДСКАЗЫВАЕТ МНЕ 17-ЛЕТНИЙ ОПЫТ хождения на танцы в Москве. - Добрый вечер! Я пришла на занятие. Можно пройти в раздевалку? - проход мне перегораживает стул. - Нет!!!!! Занятие уже идет!!!!! - И что? Это мой выбор - позаниматься столько, сколько я хочу. - Нет!!!! У нас занятие стоит 300 рублей! И оно скоро закончится! - до конца занятия еще 30 минут. - Я понимаю, и готова оплатить полную стоимость. - Нет!!!! Ор, вытаращенные глаза. Администратор полная, неспортивная, неопрятная под 60. Можно забрать у бабы совок, но убрать совок из головы бабу .... Ни объяснений, ни желания сделать так, чтобы я, клиент, захотела прийти снова. Ни понимания, зачем человек в 8 вечера в спальном районе вытаскивает себя из дома на урок танцев... Ни мудрости старшей женщины по отношению к младшей... Что это было? Некомпетентность. Низкий уровень физической и психической культуры. Нормальным было бы после этого предложить мне несколько бесплатных занятий. Но это явно не тот случай. Пойду я сюда еще раз? Больше никогда.
