Да, товар в магазине не очень плохой и по цене доступный, но вот персонал оставляет желать лучшего.В отделе царит бардак. Все раскидано и разбросано.Чтобы найти что-то подходящее надо долго ковыряться в груде набросанных на стол вещей. Внимательно проверяйте соответствие цен на ценниках и на кассе. Они очень-очень отличаются. Купили джинсы со скидкой цена указана- 999руб. пробили на кассе - 1999руб. Администратор сказал, что у них за цену отвечает кассир, а не ценник. Короче разницу вернуть отказались! Чтобы там покупать вещи, надо досконально изучить Закон прав потребителей!

Очень неспешные продавцы. То что образуется очередь у касс, никого не волнует.. можете простоять очень долго, причем не в самое пиковое время. Не советую

Единица из-за обслуживания. Оно просто ужасное,ребята на кассе только и делают,что общаются, из-за чего собирается очередь. Отвечают не тактично. Не было даже типичного "Здравствуйте" с улыбкой и "До свидания" При обслуживании обсуждают сугубо личные темы, которые покупателю не очень то и приятно слушать,а также заигрывают друг с другом. В общем,вещи хорошие,люблю Pull and bear ,но только из-за персонала больше не стану возвращаться в это место.

Бренд нравится. Но именно этот магазин нет. Вещи как на рынке разбросаны. Никакого сервиса. Кассиры на кассе консультируют клиентов по наличии товаров и очередь стоит. Надеюсь исправите данную ситуацию.
