Забыли вещи на кассе. Когда через 5 минут вернулись, работник стал утверждать, что никто ничего на кассе не оставлял. Хотя я точно помню что мы нигде не останавливались и вышел из магазина я без пакета. Попросили проверить камеры. Охранник вернулся минут через 20 и начал рассказывать какой-то бред, что якобы мы пробыли в магазине час, с 10/30 до 11:20 и вышли в 11:20 с пактом. Естественно час мы в магазине не прибыли, максимум минут 15-20. Полное ощущение, что ребята просто зажали забытые вещи. +тон сотрудников мягко говоря удивл

Добрый день! Сегодня была в бутике Pull&Bear в ТЦ Европейский, меня обслуживал продавец Воронцова Ксения, после представилась как управляющая бутика. Обстоятельства, которые привели меня в данный бутик были замена вещи, так как изначально покупала куртку не для себя, для мамы, дома в процессе примерки оказалось, что куртка большая и соответственно мы приехали, чтобы поменять на меньший размер. Впервые столкнулась с ужасным обращением, полным непониманием, где продавец меня обвинила в том, что мы эту куртку поносили и принесли, обвинила меня в грязных рукавах, фото прилагаю, где нет ни малейших загрязнений, очень хамско обращалась, омрачила полностью день. При том, что я была с мамой и она все это наблюдала, это вдвайне опечалило меня. Я конечно же больше никогда не приду в данный магазин, никому не посоветую. Сейчас я лишь прошу разобраться в данной ситуации и принять меры по данному специалисту.

Хороший магазин, большой ассортимент, скидки. Качество правда последнее время не ахти, особенно джинсы, но и в других магазах тоже самое

Чистый , уютный , всегда можно найти консультанта! Хорошее расположение стеллажей с вещами , всё понятно что и где лежит . Качество вещей мне нравиться , покупаю не первый раз. Ношу некоторые более 2 лет . Однозначно рекомендую !
