В центр я обратился совершенно случайно. Почему-то с детства была уверенность в том, что со своими проблемами я должен справляться самостоятельно, а психологи это что-то из сериалов. Была сложная ситуация на работе, и я попал в тупик. Друзья начали злиться, что я гружу их и все время говорю про одно и тоже. В самом деле - мысли шли по кругу, ситуация все эскалировалась, а решения не было. Обратился за помощью к психологу хотя было сложно, и совершенно не было ни сил ни желания в себе копаться. Времени было мало, но даже за такой короткий срок мы смогли достичь отличных результатов. Конечно это была работа, было непросто, но дело того стоило. Мне не хватало какого-то внешнего взгляда, совета, честности, чтобы признать проблему и попробовать ее решить. Не могу сказать, что этот опыт меня совершенно изменил, но я достиг важного для себя результата! В итоге, я получил серьезное повышение, выиграл в корпоративной борьбе, а главное - обрел контроль над частью своей жизни. Психологическая помощь оказалась совсем не такой страшной и удивительно действенной. Хочу порекомендовать руководителя центра - Дикову Наталью Леонидовну, спасибо!
