Очень долго пытался выяснить бесшовный полотенцесушитель продают или нет. В итоге сказали, что бесшовный, уже после того как оформил заказ на сайте. Заказал перед майскими праздниками, поэтому обещали привести после них в понедельник, в назначенный день в конце дня позвонили и сказали, что не приедут, сломалась машина у доставки (день просидел в ожидании в пустую), обещали привести на следующий день рано утром к 10 (попросил менеджера, так как уже заранее позвал сантехников на 12), в итоге привезли только к 14, пришлось отменить сантехников, но это было еще не все, доставка только до подъезда, поэтому поднявшись домой, распаковал полотенцесушитель и был неприятно удивлен, привезли шовный, который стоит в 2 раза дешевле. Позвонил менеджеру, хорошо признали свою вину и сказали, что заменят. В итоге я получил, что хотел, но в пятницу и с кучей потраченных нервов. Если бы был не в отпуске, скорей всего отменил бы заказ

Иногда шабашу и заказываю здесь сантехнику, ни разу не подводили с доставкой. Доводилось брать комплексную покупку для ванной комнаты, выгода очевидна. Магазин нравиться из за невысоких цен, хорошего качества и с гарантией всё в порядке.

Интернет-магазин очень понравился, мы здесь приобрели все для ванной комнаты по очень выгодной цене. Раковина и ванна, выполнены просто в красивейшем дизайне, спасибо за приятное обслуживание, консультант молодец, помог определиться с выбором. Порадовало наличие доставки, поэтому я советую.
