Будьте внимательны когда обращаетесь в данное агентство! Расчет весьма прост, вывешивают объект в продажу, цена чуть ниже рыночной стоимости, набирают с покупателей обеспечительные платежи под видом авансов, потом поднимают цену объекта в одностороннем порядке и при вашем отказе от покупки обеспечительный платеж вам не возвращается, т.к. услуги агентства вам оказаны. Собственника недвижимости не предоставляют, ссылаются на агентский договор, сам агентский договор тоже не предоставляют. В общем если туда попали, проверяйте все досконально и только с юристом. Удачи, берегите свои деньги.
