Не согласна с предыдущим отзывам. Целиком и полностью доверилась агенству и не пожалела не разу, я от Аси просто в восторге, не описать словами. Они вели нашу куплю продажу от и до, каждый день созванивались, по этапно нас чуть ли не за ручку водили куда нужно. Ася чудо человек, спасибо огромандное. Посоветовав своей знакомой Асю, она буквально в течении 2 недель уже нашла покупателей и оформляют сделку. В общем, работают быстро, чётко, на позитиве

Ужасное агенство.Обходите его стороной.Они нашли нас сами,мы продавали квартиру.Квартира была в долях на меня и мужа,у одного более трёх лет у другого менее.В силу своей неграмотности и понадеявшись на консультацию специалистов.Их юрист с натариусом не грамотно подошли к нашей ситуации и подготовили один единный договор купли-продажи,как в дальнейшем оказалось что мы попали на налог в 43тыс.руб при продажи квартиры в 1млн.400тыс.руб.За услуги мы отдали агенству 50тыс.руб.Как они утверждали,что на налог мы не попадаем,что всё будет хорошо.Правельно было продать по долям и составить два договора купли-продажи,обратившись к ним с этой проблемой они обещали разобраться,но так как деньги за услуги они уже получили и не посчитали нужным даже перезвонить.Реэлтор Ольга которая нас вела на протяжении сделки не проговаривая информации по сделки всё время разговаривала на повышенных тонах,а когда услуги оплатили она вообще с катушек сьехала начала звонить и требовать отдать ключи от квартиры клиенту хотя в договоре срок передачи ключей был позднее и деньги мы еще не успели проверить поступили ли на счёт(муж военный и с работы не мог уйти)во что она давай истерить кричать в тел.на меня,что мол не волнует её это и пусть едит проверяет счёт и передаёт ключи.Это агенство НЕ бориться и НЕ Уважает своих Клиентов!Я НЕ советую-по своему опыту!
