Выбирая ЖК в котором хотели приобрести новую квартиру, остановились на ЖК Просто Космос отзывы о котором были довольно положительные. Еще сыграло роль и то, что у компании уже был готовый и заселенный ЖК Белорусский Квартал. Но мы решили подождать и получить квартиру именно здесь. Ведь хотели ее большой площади (выбрали 118м2 в 1-м доме). Сейчас наблюдаем за ходом строительства, хорошо что компания это позволяет и ведет все отчеты по проделанным работам у себя на сайте. На объект можно даже не ездить, а смотреть на продвижение строительства по вебкамерам установленным на строй площадке. Вот так в наше время должен вести себя каждый застройщик, чтобы клиенты ему доверяли.

Мы приобрели свое первое жилье в ЖК "Просто космос" у застройщика "Белорусский квартал", потому что до этого снимали квартиру в ЖК "Белорусский квартал" и остались довольны качеством домов. В них тепло зимой и прохладно летом. Стоят регуляторы на батареях. Батареи работают по принципу климат-контроля, как в автомобилях. Если включаешь их на 3, то они поддерживают установленную температуру. Когда воздух остывает, срабатывает датчик и батареи снова начинают нагреваться. Это супер удобно и с учетом того, что я выше писала, что тепло хорошо сохраняется в квартирах, э то еще и очень приятно, когда оплачиваем квитанции. В подъездах всегда чисто, за что огромное спасибо управляющей компании "Качество жизни". С нетерпением ждем, когда получим ключи от своей квартиры <З

Понравился ЖК Просто космос от Белорусского квартала. Дома красивые, вариантов квартир много. Можно выбрать с различными планировками и видами отделки. Приятно, что тут тихий двор, он просторный, можно спокойно гулять или общаться с соседями. Коглда искали кваритру, довольно много вариантов рассматривали, в том числе и вторичку, но решилибрать здесь. И покупке не пожалели ни разу.
