Хороший банк, часто пользуюсь услугами данного банка. Персонал вежливый, оформляют быстро, очередей практически нет, по крайней мере в моем офисе.

Нормальный банк, покольку он у меня корпоративный. то выгодно было и кредит оформлять тут же. По обслуживаю были пару раз незначительные косячки, но тут дело в конкретных людях, клоторые работают, В целом о банке у меня хорошее впечатление

Получил сегодня справку Ф67 , и на удивление себе , выяснилось что у меня в этом Промсвязьбанке имеется счет который открыт 24.10.2024 . Более того это ЭСП ( электронная система плотежей ) . Я никогда не открывал счета в этом банке и никогда в жизни даже не был ни в одном из офисов принадлежащим этому банку . Уверен банк или содействует или имеет в своих рядах сотрудников которые способствуют мошенникам . Звонил в банк , оператор не по ФИО , не номеру счета не смог подтвердить наличие счета . Придется ехать в головной офис для выяснения данной на мой взгляд мошеннических действий . И еще , в справке ф67 указан адрес смирновская 10ст22, в гугл, строение , 2, а в на сайте вообще 23 . Куда ехать и куда обращаться, не понятно . Заведомо вводят человека в заблуждение !!!

Согласна с отзывом, что банк "конченный". Работать не дают физической возможности от слова "совсем", так еще и не хотят закрыть счет и отпустить. Остаток отказываются переводить в другой банк!

Как и все офисы обслуживание низкое, всегда новые сотрудники они ничего не знают их даже не обучают никто.
