Моей маме, пожилому человеку и многолетнему клиенту банка в этом отделении недобросовестным менеджером была навязана услуга по приобретению полиса медицинского страхования за 15тыс. рублей на 1 год. По итогу выяснилось, что получить необходимые мед услуги по этому полису невозможно, т.к. там миллион условий, под которые ни моя мама не подходит по состоянию здоровья, ни я, ни какой-то другой член нашей семьи, а полис должен был действовать на троих людей. Получилось, что это выброс денег, нервов и трата времени на выяснение всех нюансов данного навязанного договора. Ренессанс страхование, которое рекламирует себя и приложение Доктис подобным образом тоже получит негативный отзыв. Позор тем, кто обманывает пенсионеров с плохим зрением (-12), которые не всегда в состоянии прочитать и вникнуть заранее во все очень запутанные и противоречивые условия договоров, созданных только, чтобы получить деньги, а услугу не оказывать. Всё, что было предложено вышестоящими сотрудниками, написать претензию, прийти лично в гололёд человеку с остеопорозом и выловить либо заведующую, либо ехать в другой офис и там искать другого сотрудника. На вопрос, как дали подписать договор человеку, имеющему заболевания, отсутствие у себя которых он подтверждает подписью? ответили: ну там ещё два члена семьи можно полечить. Позже выяснилось, что нет, уже по причинам несовпадения с другими условиями.
