Попал в ПСБ после объединения со Связь-банком и разочарование приходит с каждым обращением или посещением. Колл центр ничего пояснить по задаваемым вопросам не может, предлагает посетить офис. В офисе по которому пишу отзыв время ожидания в очереди сотавило 45 минут!!! Дозванивался я ещё дольше. На вопрос почему в зале так мало операторов, получил замечательный ответ - они обедают. В зале при этом было более 10 клиентов. Это при бушующем короновирусе! Вопрос с которым обращался, в итоге тоже решить так и не смогли. Получить доступ к интернет банку после объединения без личного посещения невозможно. А как быть пожилому человеку, или если он сейчас в командировке или за границей. Т.е. он доступа к своим деньгам лишён. Ситуацию не продумали.

Ужасно работает данное отделение банка. В течение месяца не могу закрыть счёт и вывести денежные средства. Сотрудники регулярно ошибаются в заполнении документов и просят подойти в офис дополнительно для повторного заполнения.
