27 августа 2014 г. между ООО «Протех» и Мной был заключен договор поставки. В соответствии с условиями договора, поставщик обязуется в течение 25 рабочих дней с момента полной оплаты продукции предоставить её покупателю. Я исполнил свои обязательства по договору - полностью оплатил стоимость продукции в размере 80 000 руб. 28.08.2014, то есть в срок до 03.10.2014 г. продукция должна была быть мне передана. До настоящего момента этого не случилось! На все звонки и обращения какого-то внятного ответа о сроках поставки я не получил! Объяснения по срокам задержки поставки следующие: сначала не было металла в цвет, 01.12.2014 отправил письмо о расторжении договора и возврат денежных средств, возвращать ни кто не спешил и в разговоре с менеджером это явно прослеживалось. В январе согласовали другой цвет, 13 февраля со слов менеджера Б*** Дмитрия всё должно было быть готово к отгрузке, но каждый день находились отговорки, что вот надо подождать два три дня, до конца недели и т.д. В итоге в марте после недельного молчания Дмитрия мне поручают другова менеджера П*** Николая, который сообщает что в феврале и не могла состояться отгрузка т.к. отсутствует на складе дверь для моего заказа и что она в пути, вот уже на подъездах. После очередной неделе ожидания, на мое предложение поставить мне продукцию без двери (за вычетом ее стоимости) какого-либо положительного ответа не было, лишь отмахнулись, что неукомплектованный заказ отгружать не будут. В итоге теперь одна дорога - в суд. Заключение: в г. Иркутске я являюсь франшизером завода который в своё время заказывал у данной компании партию такой продукции (павильонов) двумя из них я владею. Потребовались ещё и вот такой результат. А сейчас выясняется что и сам завод не дополучил часть заказа. И франшизер с соседнего города так же уже год ждет свою продукцию.
