Сегодня был в магазине на газеты звезда. Обслуживание отвратительное. Мне нужно было подобрать светильник на первом этаже стоял минут 10 никто не подошел мне предложил свою помощь, хотя люди в подсобке свободные были просто выходили и уходили назад. Когда я у них спросил кто-то со мной поговорит или нет,сказали что как только продавец освободиться он подойдёт и ушли обратно в подсобку пить чай. Продавцы занят и сборам оптовых заказов, ждать я больше не стал. Не советую уехал в другой магазин замечательно обслужили купил то что нужно.

Добрый день, приносим свои извинения за бездействие менеджеров. Для принятия мер, просим сообщить время во сколько вы были в магазине и в каком зале вы были. Зал комплектации где происходит сборка и выдача заказов это цокольный этаж или торговый зал, где консультируют и выписывают документы.

Закупаюсь тут уже 7 лет, ребята всегда могут с выбором, проконсультируют по товару, очень быстро работает выдача товара, долго ждать не приходится. Меня все устраивает.
