Заказывали кухню в даной компании. Предоплата за мебель и работы по установке 100%. После оплаты, начинается бесконечное ожидание. Мебель доставляли в несколько этапов, что очень не удобно.. Проверить комплектность при получении не представляется возможным., мебель в разобраном виде упакована в коробки. В последствии в процесе сборки, начинает выясняться, чего-то не хватает, что то не подходит. С момента заказа недостающих деталей и их доставкой, проходит несколько недель. При заказе очередных, не достающих деталей, вдруг выясняется , что на фабрике нет материала нужного цвета ( ламинированного дсп) для деталей корпуса. Срок изготовления и установки кухни по договору 11.09.2018г. Сейчас конец ноября, кухня полностью не собрана и когда будут завершины работы не понятно.

Хочу поблагодарить компанию ProКухни за замечательно выполненную работу. За кухню мечты, за подход, за отзывчивость и помощь в реализации сложных вопросов. А также, помимо кухни заказывала в этой компании шкаф в коридор и полностью всю Мебель в ванную комнату. Осталось полностью довольна работой менеджеров. Особо хотела бы отметить квалифицированную работу сборщика Александра, человека с «золотыми» руками! Так что смело могу рекомендовать данную компанию. Молодцы!!! Так держать!!!
