Купили котёл Нева 24 турбо, с отоплением проблем нет, а вот второй контур выше 45° не нагревает!

В субботу сломалась газовая колонка нева 4511. Обратился в магазин с просьбой помочь что делать. Мне подсказали колонка на гарантии 1 год прошло только полгода с момента эксплуатации звоните в сервис. Сервис в субботу не дозвонился в воскресенье не работает получилось только в понедельник. В понедельник принялись заявку во вторник отзвонился мастер договорились что в среду с 2 до 3 придет. Суббота воскресенье понедельник вторник среда получается 5 дней без колонки. Вот тебе сервис учитывая двоих маленьких детей грудного возраста. В среду отпросился с работы жду мастера мастер как всегда обещал заранее позвонить. Естественно никакого Звонка не было Но действительно в 14:30 пришёл. И дальше начался настоящий цирк. мастер глянул на документы даже не посмотрев на колонку сказал что ничего делать не будет вызывать и его в следующий раз сейчас у него времени нет и выругавшись матом в мою сторону быстро убежал проведя Таким образом у меня в доме 4 секунды. Когда я позвонил его руководству мне объяснили что даже если они сделают ремонт детали бесплатно то гарантия будет всего 2 месяца и если деталь начнет давать сбой через 3 месяца остальной ремонт только за собственные средства! Так что приобретая приборы балтгаз Вы должны понимать что сервисное обслуживание у них отсутствуют а поломки случаются постоянно будьте готовы к тому что лучше сразу обращаться к платному мастеру и самим за собственные деньги ремонтировать всё? Для себя и для своих друзей решил что балтгаз никогда покупать не будем!!!
