Добрый день! Решила воспользоваться услугами этого банка (Кондратовского отделения), т.к. он находится рядом с моим домом. Хотела отправить благотворительный перевод на лечение больному ребенку, счет получателя в Сбербанке. У меня было 2800 по 5 руб., деньги взяла из копилки. Когда я озвучила свое желание кассиру, она сказала, что не будет принимать мелочь, т.к. 2-й кассир на обеде, и она не может одна считать, "вдруг придут клиенты", хотелось спросить - а я кто же тогда. Потом кассир неожиданно вспомнила, что пересчет мелочи услуга платная 150 руб., я сказала, что готова оплатить, после чего мне было сказано - приходите ближе к 18 часам, тогда будут 2 кассира. Время было еще 14 часов. После такого отношения почувствовала себя униженной, я больше в этот банк не пойду и всем своим друзьям скажу об этом.
