Крайне недоволен отношением ко мне как к клиенту. Я записался на развал схождение, приехал в назначенный день, подхожу на ресепшн, мне говорят идите в третий бокс, я пришел, никого нет, стою жду, никто не пришел, пошел по другим боксам, не сразу нашел у кого можно узнать о человеке, который должен меня принять. Мужики из шиномонтажки отправили в тот же третий бокс, говорят если его нет, то он сейчас подойдет, возможно в курилке он. Я пошел в третий бокс, стою опять жду, никто не приходит. Через 5 минут заходит другой мастер, я говорю, что записан на такое то время, развал схождение. Мне отвечают, мастера сегодня нет, он не пришел, и не придет, помочь вам ничем не могу. Я пошел на ресепшн разбираться, почему мне никто не позвонил, не предупредил. Администратору было плевать на мою проблему, говорит ничем помочь не может, звоните в другой день, записывайтесь снова. Номер директора для того чтобы пожаловаться она не дала. В общем с безразличием отнеслись к моей проблеме. Больше в этот сервис я не приеду.

Для того что бы данная ситуация не повторилась. От лица автосервиса приносим извинения за доставленное неудобство. Можем вам предложить в качестве компенсации 20% скидку на работы. Делал развал-схождение, больше нигде не нашел, все отлично. Также делал тем колесо, тоже все устроило. Один нюанс, нет отплаты по карте, не очень удобно. Если поедете, готовьте наличку.

Добрый вечер, Dmitry Stupkin. Благодарим за отзыв. Так же сообщаем что с 25 ноября 2019 года, у нас устанавливается терминал для оплаты картой. И при оплате наличными предоставляется скидка в размере 5%.
