Административный персонал явно не знает стандартов бизнес заведения. Общение отвратительное. Видно, что люди тупо зарабатывают себе деньги, без культуры. Очень грустно. Не предупреждают и не говорят о стоимости услуг. Имейте в виду, что кофе в данном заведении гостям предлагают за деньги. Меня даже не предупредили об этом. Очень жаль, что в красивом интерьере засело хамство. В жизни не думала, что людям надо объяснять, что когда что-то стоит денег, надо говорить об этом. Качество услуг нормальн ое. Но администратора посоветовала бы Вам сменить. Девушка явно не в курсе, что такое улыбка и доброжелательность. Зато она готова «к обороне». Мне кажется, салон красоты подразумевает нечто прекрасное… – показать

Пафосный салон.Качество услуг не отвечает тем ценам,что заявлены в прайсе.Была два раза,так как сын подарил мне сертификат именно в этот салон.Делала массаж у Ивана и полтора часа слушала его неумолкающие рассуждения на разные темы,что не позволило мне расслабиться.И самое интересное-когда я пришла раньше назначенного времени и мне предложили во время ожидания чай.Его привезла девушка на сервировочном столике,пол-литра чая,сахар и три кусочка лимона.Когда я уходила после процедуры,то мне предъяв или отдельный счёт за чай(во всех приличных и даже самых простых салонах это все бесплатно).Чек был 450 руб!!!!Карл,450 за пол-литра чая!!!Вобщем,не советую никому это пафосное заведение. – показать

а мне выставили 650 рублей! это я к кофе воды попросила. Нечто просто..... могли бы предупредить. При таком хамском поведении мне жаль эти деньги. Принципиально.
