Была уже 2 раза в магазине. Первый раз в ноябре 19 года - хотела получить определённый цвет волос, выбрала из палитры на сайте краску похожую на желаемый оттенок, оформила заказ. Через некоторое время позвонила девушка, сообщила, что необходимого мне количества краски нет, но я смогу на месте выбрать другую. Пришла в магазин, долго смотрела палитры, в конце концов обратилась за помощью к консультанту. Девушка только глянув на фото с желаемым мной цветом, посоветовала смешать с другим, более ярким. Сомнения долго меня одолевали, но решила рискнуть и, о чудо! Получился именно то что нужно. Второе посещение было через 3 месяца. Заехала пополнить запас краски и заодно попросила посоветовать хорошую термозащиту для волос (каждодневное выпрямление и почти отсутствие какого-либо ухода превратило кончики в солому). Предварительно помониторила сайт, нашла относительно бюджетные варианты. Но в магазине девушка посоветовала более дорогое средство. Решила взять. Первая проба оказалась полным провалом - волосы были словно грязные, висели как сосульки. Разочарованию не было предела. Но так как делаю я быстрее, чем думаю, и намазал сразу от души, то не сразу вспомнила слова консультанта, что на всю длину волос 1, максимум 2 капельки средства. Пользуюсь каждый день, волосы словно шёлк, средство и не думает заканчиваться. Однозначно приеду сюда ещё!

Посещали этот магазин, чтобы забрать заказ. Продавщица Наталья стояла на входе и отказалась обслуживать, сказав, что «она только вышла покурить». Пришлось ждать, окей. Затем Наталья обращалась исключительно на «ты», очень вежливый персонал, супер!
