Маникюр делают девочки недоучки. Долго и ужасно! А цена как у профессионалов! Через пару дней все пришлось переделывать. Переделано также отвратительно. Деньги вернуть отказались, сказав, что материалы то уже потрачены 🤦

Ответив на мой отзыв, в котором были указаны конкретные факты, и переложив при этом вину еще и на организатора праздника (ресторан), при этом указав недостоверные факты про грубую форму общения, а также про то, что при выдаче приза были озвучены все условия - это очередной непрофессионализм с Вашей стороны. Желаю Вам быть более корректными при общении с клиентами, т.к. Вы должны понимать, что Вы лишь оказываете услугу клиентам, а клиент приносит Вам деньги и прибыль. А при отсутствии клиентов прибыли нет. По поводу Вашего предложения посетить Ваш салон повторно, я отвечу отказом, т.к. первоначальное мнение в работе всегда должно быть положительным, а не отрицательным, как это получилось в моем случае. Также Вы опускаете в ответе вторую девушку, которая получила сертификат, у которой возникла такая же ситуация и по имеющейся у меня инфоомации, ей также было отказано в обслуживании Желаю Вам процветания и дальнейшего развития.
