Господи, хоть кто-нибудь когда-нибудь может ответить на рабочий телефон???? Звонил 3455 раз, и никогда не берут трубку!!!! Мне вот зачем ехать с другого конца города, чтобы узнать, что товара нет?! Прошу решить этот вопрос!

Добрый день. В связи с тем, что в настоящее время в магазине работает один сотрудник в смене, возможность брать трубку есть не всегда. По возможности перезваниваем. В скором времени ситуация нормализуется. Спасибо за отзыв.

Хуже магазина я не знаю! Продавцы - хамы! Виктория впарила не ту краску, которую я просила - итог - потраченные деньги, время и испорченные волосы! Всех своих знакомых буду отговаривать ходить к вам!

Добрый день, Наталья! Вы скорее всего перепутали магазины, продавец Виктория работает в Острове. За технологию окрашивания продавец ответственности не несет. Вам дали ознакомиться с красителем и подобрали аналогичный товар, с тем же оттенком , что и требовался. Спасибо за обратную связь. С вами связался руководитель для решения ситуации?

Пришла в магазин, чтобы купить крем для кудряшек. К сожалению, он только в этих магазинах продается. Попросила консультанта Дарью мне его найти, на что человек очень недовольно ответила: "у нас нет крема для волос, только мусс". Витрина далеко, а я без очков плохо вижу, стояла прищуривалась, в итоге я нашла этот крем, говорю, так вот же он! Мне с таким одолжением его подали, настолько все недовольно. Подаю ей скидочную карту ( она у меня в телефоне) мы их так не принимаем, только если принесёте. Чтоб все понимали, я за крем для волос отдала 800 руб. А обслужили меня там так, как-будто я его в долг просила. Руководство организации совсем не следит за персоналом, поэтому у вас точки и закрываются по всему городу. Продавцы хамят, огрызаются, все швыряют. Помочь с выбором не могут, потому что не компетентны. Не то что в Перми, несколько раз там была в ТРК Столица, там на втором этаже продавцы всегда помогут, подскажут, посоветуют. А тут стоят тебя открыто обсуждают в третьем лице.
