по итогу постройки, плк просто отказался выполнять договорные обязательства по обслуживанию дома.. во время стройки была ситуация - менеджер делала расчет на довоз материалов для отделки без уточнения материала стен отделки, в итоге не хватило материала, пришлось платить повторно за доставку и тратить время. на вопрос почему так вышло - якобы считали по плану и исходя из того, что у всех плитка в су, поэтому должно было хватить. при обращении к александру - их директор, просто включил идиота, повторяя одно и то же, что мы сами должны были предоставить эту информацию менеджеру. их партнеры по инженерным работам - это отдельный ужас. мало того, что крома хамства вы ничего не получите, так и по итогу, после запуска водоснабжения потек фундамент, дважды приезжали на устранение. сейчас, при коммуникации с юристом менеджер просто хамит, ссылаясь на договор, в котором четко прописаны их обязательства. итого, ценник выше рынка по всем видам работ и материалов, но это ничем не обусловлено, ни сервиса, ни гарантии качества не получили за эти деньги.

Были сегодня на консультации. Могу только сказать что по телефону вы можете нарватся на скупость по инфо любого дома, поэтому советую приехать в офис, советую Татьяну Лосеву и Анастасию Ленину честные ответы на сложные вопросы. Пока мы в сомнениях о строительстве дома из-за лихорадочно меняющехся цен. НО ОДНОЗНАЧНО ЕСТЬ ОЩУЩЕНИЕ ЧТО ОТВЕЧАЮТ ЧЕСТНО!!!! И КАЧЕСТВО ОТ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЯ ВИДЕЛИ В ВООЧИЮ. Поэтому я советую посетить это место.
