Сделал заказ на печать, приехал забирать, обнаружил косяк в работе. Менеджер Евгений перепечатывать отказался, поскольку я это в макете раньше не увидел. В итоге вместо довольного клиента и затрат на печать, они остались просто с затратами на печать и негативом. К-клиентоориентированность )))

Уважаемый клиент. Вами был согласован макет, данные об этом есть в переписке. Все типография после согласования макета, претензий по нему не принимают. Пусть мы остались с затратами на печать, но негатив образовался не по нашей вине. P.S. C К-клиентоориентированностью у нас все хорошо. P.P.S Вам желаем быть более В-Внимательным, во избежания негативных ситуаций.

Часто в Принтсайде печатаю или размножаю конструкторскую документацию, чертежи, планировки и др. Заказ оперативно выполняют, печать на профессиональном уровне, есть выбор бумаги. Может, какие-то мелкие недочеты и были, но я их не припомню.

Сегодня вечером забегал сюда — фото на паспорт делал. Народу не было, результат забрал через пару минут буквально, отсняли с 1 раза. Фото хорошее, цена низкая.
