Обращалась сюда несколько раз: при консультации по поводу открытия карты ошиблись в информации о платежной системе, при открытии вклада кассир неправильно оформила документ и консультант за столом отправил меня обратно в кассу, вишенка на торте - обратилась с вопросом о карте, а сотрудница за время работы с моим счетом в системе успела эту карту по ошибке закрыть. Когда пришла с вопросом еще раз (уже в другое отделение), банк не пожелал разбираться в проблеме, пришлось отправить им письменное обращение, на что мне наконец-то предоставили ответ и просто принесли извинения, не предложив никакой компенсации. Помимо этого еще и постоянно возникают какие-то проблемы со счетом, с которыми разбираться нужно, только лично прийдя в отделение. Пора, пожалуй, бежать отсюда.

Честно говоря, в мягком шоке. Пришёл в банк в 12.30, в течение 40 минут (на настоящий момент) в окнах обслуживания клиентов так и не появились сотрудники, спокойно обедают с открытой дверью в отдельном помещении, громко разговаривают, смеются, особенно удивила громко сказанная на весь банк фраза старшего специалиста по обслуживанию клиентов Беляевой Елены Владимировны: «Ой, девочки, так писииииить хочу». Извините, я пришёл в серьёзную организацию или на девичник?
