В 1755 был у двери банка, который по идее работает до 1800. Двери закрыты, открыл охранник и на мою просьбу, вполне законную, воспользоваться банкоматом пока есть время до 18. На что он мне ответил, что это не магазин и закрыл дверь. Даже в 2 ГИС на данный момент было написано, до закрытия 5 минут. Из за такой вроде бы мелочи, Жена не попала вовремя на автобус до Владивостока, и ребёнок не попал на прием в краевую больницу. Это хуже, чем магазин, там идут на встречу покупателям, а у вас идут домой пораньше...

Были 16.09 в филиале на Ленинской, у роботников данного филиала клиенториентированности вообще ноль. Дама во втором окне вообще разговаривать не умеет, хамит и предлагает обратиться в другой банк.

Я же уже давала рекомендацию моего любимого Банка. В этой не простой для нас ситуации Банк не остается в стороне и удивляет нас клиентов комфортом, исполнением правил гигиены в это тяжелое для всех нас время. Никогда не видела такой заботы о клиентах, как мой любимий ПРИМСОЦБАНК!

Написал отзыв не очень хороший. Но как оперативно отреагировали! Прихожу в тот же день, такой теплый прием: температуру померили, спиртиком обмыли, обслужили очень хорошо и быстро. Можно было бы поставить 6 баллов. Правда вот на выходе сто грамм не наливают, ну это несущественно.
