Посещаем с мужем салон регулярно в связи с близостью к дому и отсутсвию аналогичных приличных салонов поблизости. Со сменой руководства сменился и сервис, раньше было ужасно, начиная с ресепшена. Отличные мастера Жанна (маникюр/педикюр), Ольга парикмахер, понравилась косметолог Светлана (если не путаю), неплохие массажисты. Однако, невольно была свидетелем вопиющего, на мой взгляд, случая, когда клиентка, прождав парикмахера Наталью 20 минут от времени по записи, мало того, что не услышала изви нений, так еще и получила хамское отношение, Наталья ей заявила, что не сможет удовлетворить желание клиентки, хотя та хотела всего лишь вытянуть волосы на брашинг! Естественно, клиентка вылетела пулей, и я бы на ее месте больше не вернулась, а Наталья даже глазом не моргнула. Я понимаю, что все люди, но для салона, претендующего на уровень выше эконом класса, да и вообще для любого, считаю такое отношение к клиентам недопустимо. Хочется верить, что это был первый и последний случай, иначе придется менять полюбившийся салон( – показать
