Очень хотелось заниматься именно в этом клубе, но после первого посещения принципиально остановлюсь на другом. У клуба абсолютно отсутствует клиентоориентированность, я была готова оплатить абонемент в этот же день, но меня не пустили за шлагбаум, потому что это «закрытый клуб», поэтому я стояла на проезжей части 40 минут, чтобы дождаться, когда менеджер начнет свою работу. Должна пояснить: я приехала в клуб в 9.30, мою машину не пропустили потому что нет пропуска, который должен выписать менеджер (все время я говорила с девочкой с ресепшена), допустим это нормально попросить подождать, когда менеджер начнет свою работу в 10. Но вот время 10, звонка нет, хотя обещали что менеджер свяжется. Когда сидишь на проезжей части в машине время тянется. Звоню сама в итоге. Менеджер часто говорила что клуб закрытый, у них членство, почему во мне с начала года столько негатива.. Как это вообще относится к делу? И раз уж у вас такой крутой закрытый зал, куда всех подряд не пускают, почему такое отношение к потенциальным клиентам? Я повторюсь, приехала чтобы купить абонемент, но после очережного вопроса про негатив поняла, что ходить я сюда буду без удовольствия. Возможно атмосфера там и хорошая, но обслуживание отвратительное. Кстати книгу жалоб мне не дали, хотя сказали, что она есть
