Очень недовольна качеством сервиса менеджеров и управляющего. В течение трех (!!) рабочих дней, понесколько раз, пыталась добиться у них информацию о ценах и условиях на проведение свадьбы. Писала, звонила, напоминала. Каждый раз говорили, что все вышлют, перезвонят, но ни ответа, ни привета. Такое неуважительное отношение к своим потенциальным клиентам не может не стать огромным минусом ресторану. Хочется обратиться к администрации - стоит все же работать, а работа ваша заключается в том, чтобы общаться с клиентами ресторана. Даже, если у Вас вкусная еда и хороший интерьер (не знаю, так как меня так и не удостоили ответом), это еще не залог успеха. Конечно, свою свадьбу и вообще ни одно мероприятие там проводить не буду и никому не советую. Ведь такое поведение администрации говорит о том, что ей не важен гость. Выводы делайте сами.

Прекрасный ресторан на берегу Клязьминского водохранилища. Тихое уютное место с очень вкусной едой. Если вы хотите расслабиться вдали от городской суеты и шумных общественных пляжей, то Причал - прекрасный способ отлично отдохнуть.
