Хотите верьте хотите нет, но пишу от души. Пять лет назад случай свел нас с этой компанией, нужны были подушки взамен отслужившим "Темпуровских ".В подушках мы понимали и хотели узнать, что скажут специалисты магазина. Нам понравилось, что нас сначала спрашивали приоритеты и требования, а только затем ненавязчиво предлагали товары. Так как мы в принципе знали какие хотели подушки , а тем более, что их же и рекомендовали консультанты магазина мы их купили и до сих пор не жалеем и рекомендуем друзьям. Потом нужен был матрас на дачу, но опыта по выбору не было и мы снова обратились в данный магазин, нас впомнили как "родных " и подбирали наверно как себе, но не советовали оформлять пока мы в живую сами не полежим на выбранной модели и только потом заказывать. В итоге опять Бинго, после грядок матрас встречает как родной. Недавно у них же , по их рекомендациям приобрели шикарный Magniflex Rest 10, но вот правильно , что консультанты направляют сначала "полежать" в живую т.к. с первым матрасом у нас все совпало, а здесь полежав мы вместо предложенной модели Naturalmente нам по ощущениям все же более понравился Magniflex Rest 10 его и заказали и не жалеем, тем более как уже постоянному клиенту нам дали приятную скидочку. Но самое главное в этой компании , это отношение к клиенту, не втюхать товар любой ценой, а реально подойти к требованиям клиента, грамотно подобрать, сопровождать после оформления , а еще отзвонится после доставки товара все ли в порядке. Вот это по человечески, за что им огромное спасибо!
