Мне обслуживание этого магазина понравилось. Заказывала у них пароварку. Оператор по телефону все подробно рассказал и проконсультировал, так что сотрудники компетенты. Опасалась за перевозку пароварки, вещь, знаете, всё-таки хрупкая, но доставили всё аккуратно. Магазину спасибо.

Больше никогда не пойду в этот магазин. Продавец Ахметов Ильдар развел меня и мою пожилую маму на покупку плиты Ханза, хотя я хотела другую марку. В результате при везли плиту без поддона. Доказать ничего нельзя: это у них комплектация такая. Обещал сам заказать недостающий поддон в некоем мифическом сервисном центре. За 2 часа узнал адрес их сайта (он есть в гарантийном талоне, кстати). Попробую вернуть им эту плиту обратно
