В целом устраивает. Давно с ними сотрудничаем. Сняла одну звезду потому что не все врачи моют руки перед приемом пациента или надевает перчатки перед осмотром. Хочется, чтоб соблюдали гигиену без напоминаний. Особо хочу отметить и поблагодарить: педиатра Харченко Ольгу Витальевну, лора Евгению Ивановну, офтальмолога.

Гастроскопия. Неоднократно делала это исследование, всегда переносила нормально с помощью четких инструкций врача и сестры,поэтому и не делаю её во сне. Никакой помощи в прохождении этой непростой процедуры ни от сестры,ни от врача здесь нет. Врач ругался,что я не правильно дышу,сестра 2 раза за все время сказала вдох/выдох. Ставлю низкую оценку за отношение. В клинике очень неопрятно.

Цены великоваты,обслуживают быстро из-за этого кажется ,что в обследованиях могут быть неточности.

Администратора на приёме в клинике нужно заменить или научить работать. Во-первых, позволяет себе делать выводы о результатах заключения МРТ, еще и вслух, чтобы все слышали, видимо считая себя великим доктором. Во-вторых, не может сразу объяснить, что невролог принимает абсолютно по другому адресу, хоть и провела запись. В третьих чеки почему-то надо выпрашивать.Пытался эту информацию донести до руководства через сайт клиники, но они не идут на контакт. Проходил МРТ в феврале 2019.

Пришёл,еле нашёл вход.ходил вокруг,если бы не местная жительница,не нашёл бы…ждал лишним 10минут,вызвали…пролежал 20 минут,что -то не заладилось (((ещё пролежал 20 минут,так и ушёл ни с чем..не ходите туда,не тратье напрасно своё время..сделал мрт в другой клинике все супер,чуть дороже,но это того стоит…когда искал клинику мне предложили рядом вот я по этому и пошёл,хотя читал отзывы,почему-то не поверил,а зря......
