Заказывала в Красногорском офисе лазерную резку на своём материале. Материал забрали, цену не озвучили, никаких бумаг не дали. По факту вместо указанной цены 40₽ за метр реза вышло более 60₽. Достаточно большой остаток материала не вернули, мотивировав это тем, что предупреждать надо было. Для них это мусор. И вообще, как было заявлено менеджером Егором Турчинским, что если он над каждым заказом будет думать, то у него голова лопнет. Некогда ему вникать в ваши тонкости. Если бы сказали, извините, вы нас не предупредили, то может быть и претензий особых не было. Но в ответ я услышала лишь откровенное хамство. Качество выполнения заказа тоже оказалось не на высоте. Детали после лазерной резки оказались пережжеными по краям, с них уголь сыпался.

И очень печально, что у нас есть 2 свидетеля разговора и даже один из заказчиков слышал, как Егор Вас очень уважительно и терпеливо консультировал, без хамства абсолютно.
