Сдала пуховую парку премиум бренда, обратив особое внимание приемщицы на фурнитуру(металлические наконечники на шнурках), указали в квитанции обязательную их обшивку. Что я получила: облезлую фурнитуру до розового металла, один шнурок остался в капюшоне, наконечник один потерян, а шнурок по низу куртки был завязан сзади в "косичку из четырех узелков", в таком виде они мне ее решили выдать. Никто даже и не подумал обшить их. Как вам такое обслуживание?! Вещь брендовая, все это теперь бросается в глаза. Вещь в эксплуатации 1,5 месяца стоимостью под тысячу евро. Пишу претензию.

Добрый день! После вашей претензии недостатки в отношении фурнитуры были исправлены: пришит наконечник, вытянут шнурок из капюшона, на нижних шнурках развязаны узлы. Из 6 наконечников до розового цвета повреждены только 2 нижних и это с учетом их защиты тканью. Верхние наконечники не повреждены. Маркировка на Вашем изделии ЗАПРЕЩАЕТ ВСЕ ВИДЫ ОБРАБОТКИ и мы рискуем вместе с Вами. К сожалению данная фурнитура не сохраняет первоначальных вид после чистки. Проведена внутренняя работа с мастерами на предмет устранения недостатков при отделке изделий. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв.

Ужасная химчистка, вещи полностью не очистили, оторвали шнурки с не очень дешёвой куртки и к тому же, к куртке сквозь ткань степлером пристегнули бирки, порвав ткань.
