Отношение к клиентам мягкое, доброжелательное. Для меня на этом + закончились. Т.к. в итоге я осталась без зуба. Через год пломбированный зуб сломался. Я недовольна тем, что врач Литвинова Л.Г. не предложила другое лечение. Стенки зуба были истончены, даже я это видела. А врач должна была высказать опасение, что зуб в дальнейшем может сломаться от механической нагрузки, и предложить поставить коронку или вставку. Я уже это теперь от других врачей узнаю. Ну и изначально, когда пломбировала каналы очень сильно расшатала зуб, а оказалась виновата особенность организма - проседание десны. Как всегда врач ни в чем не виноват.

Ходил на чистку,удалили не все камни. Завышенные цены.Пришлось идти в другую стоматологию. Из плюсов -безналичный расчёт

Очень жаль что Вы не обратились с этой претензией к нам, ведь обратная связь от пациентов позволяет нам увидеть свои недостатки, исправить их и в будущем улучшить качество нашей работы. По поводу завышенных цен вопрос очень спорный, т.к. стоимость любой услуги всегда экономически обоснована. Более того, именно в медицине стоит бояться низких цен и больших скидок на услуги, потому что в большинстве случаев это происходит за счет экономии на вашей же безопасности (инфекционной безопасности, использовании безопасного оборудования и материалов). Даже тот "плюс", который Вы нам поставили за безналичный расчет, является дополнительной статьей расходов для клиники. В любом случае спасибо Вам за Ваш отзыв и спасибо за понимание!
