Вернулись неделю назад с дочкой из Греции. Побывали на Халкидиках. В аэропорту Салоников представители "Ambotis", с которой сотрудниает "Прайм Вояж" поменяли отель с 4* на 5* в связи с отсутствием мест в нашем отеле. Моя реакция была неоднозначна. Объясню почему. В 2012г. с дочерью были в Турции с помощью ТEZтур. Там нас заселили с 4* в 3*, сказав, что другие номера заняты. Представители TEZтур посоветовали сначала разобраться нам самим. Скандалить не хотелось, поэтому нашла выход за 10 $, отданных мной сотрудникам отеля. Возможно это связано с менталитетом страны, но мне не хочется больше пользоваться услугами TEZтур. Побывав с помощью турфирмы "Прайм Вояж" в Греции, живя в шикарном отеле, пользуясь помощью и советами представителей "Аmbotis" могу сказать, что отдых был без напряжения и чувства осадка, как это случилось с нашим отдыхом в Турции. Все необходимые документы, бронь и т.п. были сделаны очень оперативно. Наши экскурсии были более того, чем мы ожидали. Отдохнули великолепно! Спасибо всем. Желаю "Прайм Вояж" и дальше оставлять приятные воспоминания всем ее клиентам. Спасибо вам Наташа и Вугар.

Отдыхали в Испании в конце мая- начале июня, в поездку собрались в последний момент за неделю до отпуска. Обратились в турагентство “Прайм вояж”, так как ранее в январе этого года они уже нам быстро и качественно подбирали тур и делали визы и весь пакет документов. В этот момент визовые центры Испании, Греции и Италии переходили на новую программную платформу, и всем визы выдавали с большой задержкой. Визы нам сделали в течение рабочей недели, - документы на визу увезли в Консульство в тот же день, и мы вовремя улетели. Также отмечу профессионализм работников агентства – подобрали очень недорогой тур, предложили несколько вариантов перелёта, из которых мы выбрали недорогой и оптимальный. Также очень помогли с выбором отеля в Камбрильсе – на первой линии их всего, как выяснилось два)), остальные – вторая линия и третья, отличное расположение плюс отличный сервис. Огромное спасибо работникам агентства за этот потрясающий отдых.
