Это ужас! Пришли, с порога уборщица в 9:00 орёт "Ноги вытирайте“ менеджерам наплевать что вы пришли, ехал за авто по трейд ин, звонил заранее спросил все отлично с авто, мне ответили что "да все отлично“. По факту приехали. На машине огромная трещина на лобовом, сильно разбит задний бампер, все 4 колёсных диска под замену, салон прожжен сигаретами, в передней фаре нет лампочек, задние фонари ушатанные, машина была бита и я знал об этом, по итогу отказались от этого салона. Плюс ко всему ещё если бы я сдавал то диагностика моего авто платная! Ужасное обслуживание и обращение к клиенту

Был впервые именно в сервисе прям в зоне самого ремонта, ни разу не предлагали, а в Северном позвали. Было интересно посмотреть как внутри все происходит, пообщаться с людьми кто работатет с твоим автомобилем. Честный и добрый сервис.
