Сегодня мы выиграли суд с ООО"Правильный выбор", было три заседания, ни на одно никто от окон не явился. Судья удовлетворила все требования по иску, все пени и штрафы которые были заявлены, моралку правда снизила. Жду исполнительный лист и буду думать ,что делать дальше. Если кто уже получил исполнительный лист откликнитесь!!!

я отдала исполнительный лист в банк авангард, где у них счета, (тоже выиграла суд с ними) эти реквизиты были указаны в договоре, но... уже неск. месяцев никакого движения! по ходу, у них на счетах пусто. напишите у кого есть более положительный опыт? и стоит ли идти к суд.приставам, чтоб они разыскали другие их счета, на которых есть деньги?

МОШЕННИКИ.с варшавки 42 переехали на хлебозаводский 7 стр 9 при этом на сайте сменилии ИНН.ОБЕЩАЮТ c 15.01.2018 начать рассылку каких-то писем.на вопрос что будет в это письме отвечают ждите.ВОПРОС-СКОЛЬКО И ЧЕГО ЖДАТЬ.ОТВЕТ-ВСЕ ВОПРОСЫ К ПОЧТЕ РОССИИ!!ГОТОВ ПРИСОЕДЕНИТЬСЯ К КОЛЛЕКТИВНОМУ ИСКУ.

Только что звонил. ОКНА_СКИДКИ выкупили сайт и номер телефона НЕДОРОГИХ_ОКОН у ПРАВИЛЬНОГО_ВЫБОРА. Моего договора у них нет и выполнять обязательства по нему не будут хД Все вопросы к ПРАВИЛЬНОМУ_ВЫБОРУ. Кто знает их номер телефона?)
