Насколько замечательные врачи, настолько же грубые, невоспитанные хамки на ресепшен, причем в каждом отделении, во всяком случае в терапевтическом и хирургическом. Руководителю компании очень рекомендую обратить внимание на это, если нужны нормальные адекватные администраторы, зайдите в ЛЮБУЮ районную поликлинику в Бутово, все просто замечательные, вежливые, внимательные, вашим хабалкам до них расти и расти. И зарплата у тех приятных женщин, насколько я понимаю, ниже.

Сделала тут гастроскопию. К самой процедуре вопросов нет, то что надо увидели. Но. Врач не объяснил что можно, а что нет, после манипуляции. Хотя, как мне кажется должен был, ведь это чуток сложнее, чем кровь из пальца взять. Прочитала сама, но уже после того, как стало нехорошо. Да, могла бы и раньше изучить, но я не врач и находилась в стрессе от самой процедуры, тем более деньги за это заплатила. Будьте внимательны, друзья! И читайте хоть сами, что можно, а что нельзя. Практика здоровья, или эта информация продается за дополнительную плату, как консультация? Кстати, путаница с записями - это тоже не проблема пациентов. Пришла к своему времени, а передо мной хотела другая женщина пройти, которая на ЧАС позже записана. Мне предлагали подождать, ну хоть не настояли и на том спасибо.
