Долгие годы являюсь счастливым владельцем автомобиля Daewoo Nexia, к сожалению, в родном городе (Старая Русса) сложно получить услуги по техническому обслуживанию высокого качества, после долгого поиска решил попробовать Прагматику ICE, позвонил, трубку взяла девушка с приятным голосом, проконсультировала по записи, записался. На следующий день поехал, после 1.5 часа пути, меня встретили радушные сотрудники Прагматики, мастер внимательно выслушал все мои пожелания, проконсультировал по запасным частям, затем осмотрели вместе с ним мою машину и её загнали в бокс на ТО. Решил не стоять над душой у слесаря, благо в Прагматике можно спокойно сидеть на диване, попивать кофе (бесплатный кстати), а так же по камерам наблюдать за работой механика. Спустя час мастер выгнал автомобиль на паркову, сказав, что работы окончены, продемонстрировал замененные запасные части, я заплатив за ТО принял у мастера ключи от авто и с полной уверенностью что авто в порядке поехал домой. В следующий раз только сюда.

Менял колодки, диски тормозные, масло 1 раз. Всё хорошо. Менеджер Евгений грамотный. Ему 5 звёзд. Поставил три звёздочки за то, что продают информацию об ремонте у них. Т.е в такие приложения как автотека, и всякие базы. В моем случае все все три ремонта отобразились в автотеке. Мне все равно. Но передача информации обо мне, и моей машине 3-им лицам не считаю положительным моментом. Тем более в современном угоняемом мире. Понимаю скорее всего где-то у них было может прописано в договоре. Но...

Андрей, спасибо за Вашу обратную связь. На сегодняшний день привязка ремонта к VIN номеру автомобиля обычная практика. К тому же этот фактор может помочь в продаже Вашего автомобиля. И покупке Вами другого. Прошу пересмотреть Вашу оценку!
